XP8411（降压IC）

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

  The XP8411 is a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with an input voltage range of 4V-45V.COT mode architecture, capable of delivering up to 1A current, supply current with no load is 200µA and drops to 3µA in shutdown.

  DCM/CCM mode operation provides very low output ripple voltage for noise sensitive applications. Switching frequency is internally set at 600kHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. Low output voltages are easily supported with the 0.8V feedback reference voltage.

  The XP8411 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a small package.
